WHEN AND HOW DO I GET BILLED?

A deposit of 50% will be billed to you at the time of booking and must be paid within 24 hours to retain your spot. The remainder of your fee will then be billed separately to you and must be paid in full at least 24 hours prior to your session, or your spot will be released. For Session Bundles, all four classes must be pre-paid together prior to the first session. Payments can be made via Venmo or PayPal (please note there will be a 2.9% service fee if choosing this option).

CAN I CANCEL MY SESSION? CAN I GET A REFUND?

Yes! Your session can be cancelled for a full refund as long as it is done so at least 72 hours in advance. After that, your deposit becomes non-refundable. Session Bundles can also be cancelled for a full refund with at least 72 hours of notice prior to your first scheduled session. Unfortunately, partial refunds cannot be given for Bundles after the first scheduled session is completed.

Cancelling within 72 hours? No worries, you can reschedule your lesson (only once) for another available time at no additional cost. (Remainder of payment must be made at time of rescheduling; For Bundles, make-up sessions are limited to one per package and must be completed within 7 days of original cancelled session.)

HOW ARE SESSION BUNDLES REDEEMED?

Bundles are scheduled once a week for four consecutive weeks.

All four sessions must be used within 30 days of the first completed session.

WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE BUNDLES OVER SINGLE LESSONS?

Besides getting a 15% discount, weekly students get the privilege of participating in a bonus “recital” video. At the end of each semester (December and June), each student will have the opportunity to record 1-2 songs, which will then be edited into a virtual performance video. (*Note: Students must have completed at least 12 weeks of consecutive lessons prior to the recital in order to participate).
